Symptoms of back pain 

Back pain can manifest in a number of ways, such as:


Dull, Aching Pain: Often in the lower back.

Sharp or Stabbing Pain: Intense, sudden pain.

Radiating Pain: Can go up the back or down the leg (sciatica).

Muscle Tightness or Stiffness: Along the spine, in the neck, or in the lower back.
Limited Range of Motion: Difficulty bending, twisting, or standing straight.
Numbness or tingling: This is usually a sign of nerve involvement in the legs.
Weakness in the Legs: Difficulty walking or moving the legs.

Severe Symptoms (Get Medical Help Right Away)

Severe Pain:
Constant and very strong.

Fever: May be a sign of an infection.

Bowel or Bladder Dysfunction:
Incontinence or difficulty urinating.
Night Pain: Does not go away with rest or wakes you up.

Progressive Weakness:
A growing lack of strength in the feet or legs.
